Before installation
- Measure the recess width at the top, middle and bottom: the ±20 mm adjustment on each side must cover the difference.
- The tray must be fitted, level and watertight. The tray and taps are not included.
- For a corner shower, combine the Corsa door with the 80 × 200 cm side panel, or choose the Corsa 80 × 80 enclosure.
- Tempered glass cannot be cut or drilled. Handle the panels with two people.
Installation, step by step
- Lay the parts out on a protected surface and assemble the frame following the instructions.
- Offer up the wall profiles, check that they are plumb and mark the holes.
- Check for cables and pipes, drill and fix the profiles.
- Fit the frame and adjust the width within the ±20 mm range.
- Hang the doors on their double rollers, then adjust them for smooth sliding and aligned closing.
- Fit the stainless steel handles.
- Run a sanitary silicone joint on the outside, along the profiles and the tray, then let it cure for 24 hours.
Everyday care
- After showering, use a squeegee on the glass.
- Clean the glass with soapy water or a mild glass cleaner.
- Clean the tracks and rollers: remove hair and soap residue to keep the doors sliding smoothly.
- Wipe the chrome frame and the handles with a soft cloth and a pH-neutral detergent.
- Replace the seals when they are worn.
What to avoid
- Abrasive products, steel wool and scrapers on the glass and the frame.
- Chlorine-based products and solvents on the frame and the handles.
- Forcing a door that sticks: clean the track and adjust the rollers.
- Hanging heavy loads on the doors or handles.
Seals are wear parts and are not covered by the warranty.
