Before installation
- Choose a wall-hung toilet frame compatible with 18 cm fixing centres, a Ø 10.2 cm horizontal outlet and a Ø 5.5 cm supply.
- Check that the wall and floor can take the frame fixings.
- Finish the wall cladding and tiling before fitting the bowl.
- Inspect the bowl and the seat when you unpack them.
Installation, step by step
- Fix the frame following its instructions: plumb, level and at a height suited to the users.
- Connect the frame's outlet and supply, then plug the outlet while work continues.
- After cladding, cut the threaded rods and connectors to the length given in the frame instructions, according to the finished wall thickness.
- Offer up the bowl and push the outlet and supply connectors home, using the lubricant recommended by the frame manufacturer.
- Tighten the fixing nuts gradually, alternating sides, without forcing: the ceramic must not be under stress.
- Clip the soft-close seat onto its fixings.
- Turn the water on, flush several times and check every connection for leaks. Apply the sanitary silicone joint only after this test.
Everyday care
- Clean the bowl with a mild detergent and a toilet brush. The rimless design leaves the whole inside within reach of the brush.
- For limescale, apply white vinegar or diluted citric acid, leave it to act, then flush.
- Wash the seat with soapy water, rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Leave it raised while it dries.
- The seat is quick-release: remove it from time to time to clean the stainless steel hinges.
What to avoid
- Scouring powders, abrasive pads and steel wool, which dull the glaze.
- Strongly alkaline drain cleaners and solvents.
- Bleach or chlorine-based products on the seat.
- Mixing a descaler with bleach, which releases a dangerous gas.
- Sitting with full weight on the closed lid or standing on the bowl.
Installation faults and damage caused by aggressive products are not covered by the warranty.
